1.The Technical Resource Centre (TRC) focuses on researching, documenting, and
sharing best practices in child protection and education. Its objectives include
creating knowledge materials, disseminating information, networking with
government and NGOs, and evaluating its programs. Key achievements include
developing manuals and publications, conducting research studies, creating free
online courses on child rights, and facilitating knowledge exchange.
2.The Community-Based Care Program (CBC) supports vulnerable children and families
to improve their educational outcomes, health awareness, and community cohesion.

The program involves community engagement through parent meetings, celebrates
various festivals to educate children, and provides nutritional support and health
education through snacks, food kits, and health camps. It also establishes Community
Child Protection Committees (CCPCs) and offers educational support through evening
remedial classes.
3.The Residential Care program provides long-term care for vulnerable children,
ensuring they have access to education, shelter, nutrition, and health care. Children
in this program attend government-run day schools, and the approach is voluntary
and non-custodial.
4.The Futures Program aims to prepare older children (15-18 years) and young adults
(18-23 years) for a smooth transition to adulthood. This includes sessions on life
education to build soft skills, financial and legal literacy, and life exposure sessions
with professionals
5.The Sustainability Wing works to enhance organisational resilience and foster
sustainable partnerships. It strengthens homes and partner organisations through
workshops on fundraising and strategy, and builds capacity through online courses
and networking. It also focuses on communication and branding by increasing the
organisation's social media presence.
